The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught. Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.” Isaiah 29:13-14
Even when I was without persistence and passion, God chose to shower me with wonders so that I would believe, and not lose faith.
People request miracles all the time.
The fact is, we are a living miracle. Our breath, our sight, our senses, our spirit, our circumstances, our relationships, our very life itself - our existence on this Earth, which is located "just right" in the infinite wilderness of universe is a miracle.
Yet, God is still willing to show us wonders once more and astound us with wonder upon wonder. Amazing Grace.
My only prayer is that I will live my life in remembrance and faithfulness in Him.
